A: Simply navigate to our Packages or Nearby Hotels pages, apply your preferred filters, select the desired listing, fill in your travel dates/information, and click "Book Now" or "Confirm Booking". Our system will reserve your options immediately.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellation terms depend entirely on individual hotel rules and tour providers. When booking, check the specific details provided on your invoice page. For cancellations, reach out directly to [email protected].

Q: How do I access or update my account profile?

A: Click "Sign In" at the top right corner of any page. If you are already signed in, your account dropdown allows you to adjust preferences. For new users, click "Sign Up" inside the modal to create your premium membership.

Q: Are flights included in tour packages?

A: Unless explicitly marked on the package description, prices listed cover accommodations, local guiding, and specialized transfers. Flight bookings can be arranged separately through our support desk.
